ROYAL MAIL UPDATE:
We use Royal Mail and courier services which are still affected by Covid 19 and so although in most cases deliveries are made in a timely manner there may still be some delays which are beyond our control. Please bear in mind your order may take longer than the approximate delivery times quoted, in the checkout screen.
Our customer care email is still online and we are always delighted to hear from you, so please get in touch if we can be of any help at all.
EU UPDATE:
We are now pleased to be able to offer shipment on orders to some EU countries. All orders are sent tracked with Royal Mail Delivery Duty Unpaid.

When will my order be dispatched?
Please Note: delivery times are quoted as approximate times only and are not guaranteed (unless Next Working Day is selected during checkout and ordered before 1pm Mon-Thurs) due to Royal Mail and Courier services being affected by staff shortages.
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1pm on the same day (depending on stock availability). If you place an order after 1pm and select one of our next day delivery options, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the goods the next day.
Any orders placed after 1pm will normally be dispatched the following day. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday (unless this is a bank holiday, in which case it will be dispatched on Tuesday).

When will I receive my order?
Once your order is dispatched, it will be handled by our chosen delivery partner. The guidelines for when to expect delivery of your order based on the service you chose are outlined below. If you selected a tracked service, you will be emailed a tracking number upon dispatch.
United Kingdom
Delivery couriers may leave your parcel in a safe place for delivery. If you do not want this option please let us know by adding a note to your order in the shopping cart before checkout.

At Konfidence, we use a range of methods and delivery companies to send you your order, according to the best available. We will always endeavour to fulfil all orders according to the delivery option available. If ordering outside of the UK and in exceptional circumstances we may contact you regarding an increased delivery cost if shipping to more exotic/unusual destinations. At this point you will be entitled to a full refund, should you not wish to pay the increase.
