Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1PM on the same day (depending on stock availability). Any orders placed after 1PM on a Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Southern Ireland / Eire 1st Class Airmail
£5.95 - dispatched same day if ordered before 1pm - goods are sent via Royal Mail 1st class Airmail and usually arrive within 5 working days.

Southern Ireland / Eire - International Signed for
£9.95 - dispatched same day if ordered before 1pm - goods are sent via Royal Mail Airmail and are trackable which allows us to immediately identify any lost orders and quickly rectify. Items normally arrive 2 or 3 days quicker than standard airmail although this is from our experience only and is not guaranteed.

European Signed For
£10.95 - 1st Class Airmail Signed for (Royal Mail AirSure-with tracking)
(Due to the number of untracked deliveries being lost once they have left the UK, we can only offer tracked Airmail delivery. This is a priority service and you should receive your goods in most European Countries within a week of your order.)

Spain Signed For
Due to ongoing problems with the reliability of the Spanish Postal Service, we only offer '1st Class Airmail Signed-For' at a discounted rate of £6.50 for customers in Spain.

Singapore - International Signed For

** Orders for Next Day or Express Next Day Delivery must be placed before 1PM. If placed over the weekend these items will be dispatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday.

Delivery ScheduleWe do our best to offer same day dispatch on all orders received by 1 PM (depending on stock availability). Any orders placed over the weekend will be disptached the following Monday.

Back Orders We currently do not offer back ordering. If your item is not in stock, a message will be displayed to inform you of this. If you would like us to notify you once the item is back in stock, please use the 'Contact Us' button to send an email, which we will reply to confirming receipt and giving you an expected delivery date.

Tax Charges Most of our products are Zero rated for VAT. Exceptions are Floats & toys, changing mats and all adult products. These are all charged at the standard 20% VAT rate. This rate will be charged, where applicable, on all sales, irrespective of your location.

Credit Card Security
All credit card details are entered by the customer on the secure servers of Protx, our chosen Card Payment Provider, where they are encrypted using 256 bit encryption. No card details are received by, or held by, Konfidence Ltd in the processing of card transactions on this site.

Returns Policy
Should you wish to return or exchange any item you have purchased through the website, please follow the returns procedure guidelines illustrated as follows; we will endeavour to make the exchange process as easy as possible.
We require notification for exchange or refund within 10 working days of receipt of your goods. We will only exchange/refund goods upon prior notification and agreement.

1. Please e-mail sales@konfidence.com or call 01566 777887 to confirm that you wish to exchange or return the goods. We will then provide a brief returns / exchange form for you to complete.

2. Send the item back to us, preferably using a recorded delivery method. We cannot take responsibility for goods lost in transit.

3. Once received, and in a resalable condition (see paragraph below) we will send out the replacement product(s), or process your refund as applicable.

4. PLEASE NOTE: In the case of an exchange being required due to you being sent incorrect products i.e. you did not receive what you ordered, we will send out the correct goods and include a postage paid postal bag for you to return the incorrect items to us. Konfidence reserves the right to amend this process at any time.
All goods for exchange/refund (other than faulty items) must be returned in a re-saleable condition, along with all labels, hang tags and all original packaging. Please include a copy of your original receipt of payment, and your contact details. Please also note that we cannot offer a refund/exchange for any goods that have been used in water (unless faulty), therefore if you are at all concerned about sizing, we highly recommend garments are tried for size on 'dry land' first.

As regards goods returned for a refund; on receipt of the goods Konfidence will refund your credit card within 5 working days. Please note that the cost of postage and packaging will not be refunded, unless the item is faulty.

For all goods that are returned for exchange, please specify the product code, size and colour that you require. If the goods for exchange are not faulty then an additional p&p charge may be applicable, this will generally depend upon the size and weight of the item. We will confirm agreement for exchange with you and notify you at that time whether there will be any additional p&p charge.

Again, we strongly recommend that any goods that are to be sent back should be sent by secured mail e.g. Recorded Delivery by Royal Mail. We will not accept any liability for goods lost in transit.
